14.05.2010 – PU Sealer sets USS Ronald Reagan on course
The aircraft-carrier USS Ronald Reagan has an impressive museum on board, which has been renovated and is now the centre of attention again. The lavish design of the floor had suffered badly over the years. In the past a service company used an unsuitable floor product and had almost destroyed the floor.
Before lacquering the floor anew, the old coating had to carefully removed, millimetres at a time. Finally, the floor was lacquered with a covering layer of transparent PU Sealer. After less than three days’ work, the floor was shining with a new gleam.
